If you wish to have your entry judged, you must be in the lineup by 5:45 PM. The parade begins promptly at 7:00 PM. For safety considerations, please have very large entries such as trucks pulling trailers and especially semis in position by 5:30 PM. The line-up will be along Washington Street from 4th to 11th Streets. You will be notified about your place in the line-up order the week of the parade.

We do ask strict adherence to the following rules:

NO SANTA ENTRIES - one Santa is enough and we already have one, plus Mrs. Santa.

Entries should have lights.

Floats with riders must have substantial rails to prevent riders from falling off.

NO CANDY (OR ANYTHING ELSE) CAN BE THROWN! Have walkers pass it out. This is a safety issue for the members of the audience.

Horse entries must have their own insurance and provide proof of such to the committee.

Entry fees are $25 for businesses and $15 for non-profits and individuals. Please make checks payable to Corvallis Lions Club. Your entry fee is used to offset parade expenses and help the parade continue to improve. This is not a fund-raiser. I hope your group will accept our invitation to join us on Saturday, November 30th for the best Corvallis Community Christmas Parade ever! If you have any questions, feel free to call Marc Vomocil at 541.929.2477 or Joan Wessell at the Downtown Corvallis Association at 541.754.6624.
