The Downtown Corvallis Association is an advocate of downtown business success. Our mission is to promote and put plans into motion that build upon our already exciting and diverse community. During the past five years the EID fund has contributed to the environment that spawned the downtown growth cited below. These improvements have increased property values 18%, generated investor interest, and improved the overall health of the downtown economy.
