Manager Communication Tools Series
Learn and practice ready-to-apply practical workplace communication tools to increase employee engagement & retention, resolve inter-generational productivity issues, and enhance accountability.

Laser Lessons™
Each 60 – 90 minute Laser Lesson™ event explores a specific communication topic which reaffirming extraordinary customer service basics. Topics include: Respectful collegial interactions; timely team conversations; negotiating inter-generational work ethics effectively, and motivating your workforce.

Customer Service Training
Customer Service Basics give participants understanding of and practice in performing three behaviors important to attracting and keeping existing customers.

Converting Difficult Customers - this half-day session focuses on the specific challenges that arise when dealing with difficult customers and ways to successfully convert them into brand champions.
