"To Improve and Promote the Economic, Aesthetic and Cultural vitality of Downtown Corvallis" The Downtown Corvallis Association provides:

• A strong, collective voice for Downtown on ordinances, legislative decision, city policies and Member issues.
• Promotions, events and activities to attract people Downtown such as: Image Marketing, "Rhapsody in the Vineyard" wine walk, Third Thursday Downtown, Red, White & Blues Riverfront Festival, OSU Mom's Weekend activites, Downtown Trick or Treat, Crazy Days, 9 Hour Sales, Downtown Directory/Historic Walking Map, OSU New Student Week event and OSU Football Game Day Shuttle, and much more!
• A central information exchange, monthly "Downtown Updates" newsletter, a Downtown column in Gazette-Times and a Block Captain system to enhance communication with businesses, customers, government and the general public.
• Economic development which helps keep Downtown vital and profitable: business recruitment and retention, professional design assitance, interest free facade improvement and upper floor development loans, landscaping and DCA Staff involvement in Downtown Parking issues.
• A dedicated Board of Directors and Staff who consistently work to serve the members with meetings featuring relevant speakers, Business After Hours, educational seminars/workshops, and more!
